Some SoundBed users may receive an error on Opus Connect regarding the SD card stating:
"No SD mount Error code=4"
This is a fairly simple error to resolve, and our support team will happily guide you through the resolution steps.

-Order number (if available)
-OPUS ID. You can find this by navigating to Settings → SoundBeds
