If you’re experiencing issues with the sound coming through your headphones, please try the following steps:
1. Try the same pair of headphones on another device to see if the issue still occurs.
2. If you have another pair of wired headphones handy, please try them with SoundBed to see if the issue still occurs.
3. If you have another 3.5mm aux cable handy, please try using that to see if the issue still occurs.
Static or white noise from headphones
Some customers with earlier SoundBed units have reported slight static or white noise coming through their headphones. This issue has been resolved in later production rounds.
If you are experiencing static or white noise, please try the headphone and aux cable troubleshooting steps above first, as those may resolve the issue. If the static or white noise persists after trying those steps, some customers with earlier units have been able to reduce or resolve the issue by using a ground loop noise isolator.
