SoundBed Limited Warranty
Superconductor Labs, Inc. (“Superconductor Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants the SoundBed to the original purchaser or approved recipient of a gifted Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Period
· Standard Warranty: one (1) year from the date of delivery.
· Coverage applies only to Products purchased directly from Superconductor Labs or an authorized reseller.
· Where a three (3) year extended warranty is offered during a promotional period, the extended coverage applies only as stated in the applicable sales documentation.
Covered Components
· Power supply
· Amplifier
· Computer board
· Transducers
· Other electrical components
What Is Not Covered
· Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
· Normal wear and tear from ordinary use.
· Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper storage, improper handling, installation, or maintenance.
· Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, alteration, replacement parts, accessories, or software.
· Damage resulting from use contrary to product instructions.
· Damage caused by power surges, fire, flood, natural disasters, or other external events.
· Commercial, rental, institutional, or other non-residential use unless expressly approved by Superconductor Labs.
· Consumable items or accessories not manufactured by Superconductor Labs.
· Data loss, interruption of service, or software-related issues.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
· Stop using the Product if continued operation may cause further damage.
· Contact Superconductor Labs Support at support@superconductorlabs.com.
· Provide your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos, videos, or troubleshooting information if requested.
· Follow instructions provided by our support team regarding diagnosis, repair, replacement, or return of the Product.
Superconductor Labs may attempt to diagnose and resolve issues remotely before authorizing repair, replacement, or return of the Product.
Remedies
· If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Superconductor Labs may repair the Product, replace the defective component, replace the Product with a new or refurbished equivalent product, or refund the original purchase price or a prorated portion thereof if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.
· These remedies constitute the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty.
· Any repaired or replacement Product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from shipment of the repaired or replacement item, whichever is longer.
Limitation of Liability
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superconductor Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
· Superconductor Labs shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of use, loss of business, lost profits, emotional distress, or interruption of service arising from the use of the Product.
· Total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
· Some states do not allow certain limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, and shall be subject to any dispute resolution provisions contained in the applicable Superconductor Labs Terms of Service or other applicable written agreement.
