At Superconductor Labs, we want you to be satisfied with your SoundBed purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your SoundBed, you may request a return for a refund within 45 days of delivery.
Original Shipping Cost
The original shipping cost of $165 is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Superconductor Labs will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping cost of $165 will be deducted from your refund.
The SoundBed Shipping Box
We strongly recommend that customers keep the original SoundBed shipping box for transportation, service, and potential returns. Because few facilities sell boxes large enough for a SoundBed, replacement shipping boxes may be purchased from Superconductor Labs for a flat fee of $80.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@superconductorlabsinc.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, return instructions, and any required authorization information.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned SoundBed and verify that it is in undamaged condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less the non-refundable original shipping cost of $165 and the return shipping cost of $165. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used within approximately 14–21 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned unit, although refunds are often processed sooner.

If your SoundBed is not functioning properly, please refer to the SoundBed Limited Warranty for information regarding warranty coverage and service options.
