Pairing Issues: I cannot see my SoundBed in the Opus Connect app

If your SoundBed does not appear in the OPUS Connect app, or the app shows 0 SoundBeds Found, the issue is usually related to power or Bluetooth connectivity.
Please try the steps below:


1. Check that your SoundBed is powered on


Make sure your SoundBed is plugged into a working 120v outlet. For best results, plug the power cable into the SoundBed first, then plug it into the wall  outlet. Make sure the connection is firmly seated on both ends.
SoundBed is designed to power on automatically when plugged in, so you usually do not  need to press the power button.


If you are unsure whether the SoundBed is powered on:


1. Unplug the SoundBed from inside the top compartment.
2. Wait 60 seconds.
3. Plug it back in.
4. Wait about 2 minutes for the SoundBed to fully boot.
5. Open the OPUS Connect app and check whether your SoundBed appears.


2. Check Bluetooth on your phone or device


Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the phone or device running the OPUS Connect app.
Also confirm that your device is not in Airplane Mode, since this can prevent Bluetooth 
from working properly.


On IOS devices, you can check this by opening Control Center or going to:
Settings → Bluetooth → On


3. Stay close to your SoundBed


Stand near your SoundBed while trying to connect.
We recommend staying within about 15 feet of the SoundBed during the connection 
process. 


4. Restart the OPUS Connect app


Close the OPUS Connect app completely, then reopen it and check the connection screen 
again.


5. Try another phone or device


If your SoundBed still does not appear, please install the OPUS Connect app on another 
phone or device and try connecting from there.


This helps determine whether the issue is with the original device’s Bluetooth connection 
or with the SoundBed itself. 


Still not seeing your SoundBed?


If your SoundBed still does not appear in the OPUS Connect app after trying another phone 
or device, please contact us at support@superconductorlabsinc.com and include:
• Full name
• Order number (if available)
• Current shipping address 
• A screenshot of the OPUS Connect screen showing 0 SoundBeds Found or the 
connection issue
• OPUS-ID screenshot (You can find this by navigating to Settings → SoundBeds)
