We are sending personal purchase invitations in order based on completed Opus Immersive order date, oldest to newest. At this time, support is not able to confirm individual queue positions, invitation dates, order status, recorded payment totals, or remaining balances before those invitations are issued.
We are also sending invitations only at the rate we can fulfill orders from SoundBed inventory that is already available in our U.S. warehouses. This means that when you receive your personal invitation, we will have a SoundBed to ship you immediately. All received orders are processed with a tracking number within 72 hours, and your card is not charged until your SoundBed is ready to leave our warehouse.
When your previous Opus Immersive order comes up in queue, you will receive an email containing:
- The total credit recorded from your eligible Opus Immersive order
- Your remaining purchase total
- Your personal order link
Your credit will be applied dollar-for-dollar toward the current SoundBed price of $2,699. Any remaining balance and applicable tax will be shown in your invitation. Shipping and headphones are included.
