As of right now, SoundBed is able to be shipped within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Our team is currently working on the most effective way to increase our shipping capacity to be able to provide SoundBed to more international locations
We recognize that there are some previous Opus Immersive customers that placed orders internationally in places such as Canada and the U.K and our team is still determining the best path forward for these customers. Rest assured these customers will not be left without an option and once this process is finalized we will be reaching out to customers in this position
